Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange (depending on the item).

To make a return:

  • Items must be unused/ unworn
  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
  • You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:

  • Digital products
  • Commissioned pieces

To return a product, please email jenna@krinonshop.com with proof of purchase and your details. We will then give you the necessary information to return your item(s). Once we have received the item(s), we will send a confirmation email.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
